Revival of a fading tradition.

 

I have chosen Teochew Braised Duck Rice. Not many braised duck rice have the authentic taste today and this is definitely fading in Singapore.

 

My father owns a Teochew Braised Duck Rice stall and I've decided to work on it.

 

Deliverables: Packaging for bottled gravy, canned braised duck and a pamphlet for education purposes
